The Leitz IQ OptiMax 350 offers a high-security shredding solution tailored for small office use. With a DIN P-5 micro-cut, it shreds up to 8 A4 sheets of 80gsm paper in just 8 seconds, delivering precise 2x15 mm particles. It easily handles staples and paper clips, eliminating the need for pre-sorting, and runs continuously for 20 minutes, making it suitable for regular use.
The shredder features unique Bin Rotation Technology (BRT), which increases bin capacity by 33%* by ensuring flat, even paper distribution. This allows up to 350 A4 sheets to be stored in the generous 22-litre bin before it needs emptying—90 sheets more than without BRT. The illuminated blue bin enhances the user experience, and the 'bin full' indicator only activates when the bin reaches 100% capacity, reducing unnecessary interruptions. A rotating LED display provides clear alerts for conditions such as bin full, door open, overload, and overheating.
Designed to blend into modern workspaces, the shredder operates with minimal noise, especially when used with Leitz oil papers regularly, making it a good choice for shared office environments. Its circular, compact shape fits easily into tight spaces, and castor wheels allow smooth movement between locations.
