The Intimus 85 CP7 is a discreet, high-security office shredder, designed for immediate disposal of sensitive information directly within the workplace. Centralising shredding ensures faster, more secure document destruction and strengthens compliance with data protection regulations.
Delivering precise 0.8x4.5mm cross-cut particles, the Intimus 85 CP7 meets security level P-7 and F-3 standards under ISO/IEC 21964 (DIN 66399). It effortlessly shreds paper documents with staples and paper clips, as well as foil laminated documents. With a fast cutting speed of 4.8 metres per hour (80gsm), it can process up to 81 sheets per minute. Designed for continuous operation, it maintains a low noise level of just 55 dB(A), making it an excellent fit for professional environments.
The shredder features an 85-litre waste bin within a robust metal frame, holding up to 2,900 shredded sheets before requiring emptying. Its compact design, measuring 45x39x99cm and weighing 32kg, combined with castors for easy mobility, ensures the machine integrates seamlessly into any office setting.
Operation is simple and intuitive through the i-control system, providing visual status indications for readiness, material jams, door open, bin full, motor overload, and when oiling is required. Automatic start-stop, auto-reverse to clear jams, and a shutdown after five minutes of inactivity enhance convenience and safety. The unit operates on a standard 220–230V, 50Hz power supply with a motor power consumption of 530W.
Optional extra: the Intimus 85 CP7 can have an automatic oiler fitted for even easier maintenance and consistently high cutting performance.
