2-Year Machine Warranty & P-5 Cross Cut Security
HSM ShredStar machines are covered by a 2-Year machine warranty. HSM shredders are supported in the UK by HSM's own Service Work Control desk based out of the HSM Office in Burntwood, Staffordshire.
P-5 Micro cut security is suitable for highly sensitive shredding such as HR and Finance applications. A single piece of A4 paper shredded to P-5 contains around 2,200 particles and has around 19.5 million possible reconstruction combinations.

Product Details
The HSM shredstar X12 Pro is a reliable and secure document shredder designed for professional use at the workstation. As the highest security model in the shredstar range, it features a particle cut mechanism and a dedicated CD cutting unit for added versatility.
Documents, CDs, DVDs, credit cards, and loyalty cards can all be shredded securely. The separate CD cutting unit ensures that optical media is processed independently, with a separate CD waste container allowing for easy and sorted disposal.
Operation is smooth and user-friendly thanks to a range of smart features. An automatic start/stop function is activated via an integrated light barrier, while the automatic reverse function clears any paper jams quickly. The full bin is detected via sensors, and the shredder switches off automatically to prevent overflow.
The X12 Pro offers quiet operation, making it ideal for use in shared or open-plan office environments. An LED display clearly shows the device's status, including power, overload, overheating, bin full, and door open alerts. The fill level of the waste container is visible through a convenient inspection window.
Mounted on castors, the shredder is easy to reposition as needed. The waste container is simple to remove and empty, ensuring a clean and efficient shredding process every time.
