The JBF DIS 23/15 complies with top security requirements by shredding documents and media into tiny particles. The 23/15 has a working width of 230mm and rotor diameter of 150mm. It is equipped with one cutting shaft and uses the same rugged cutting knives for all security levels. The rotor knives, which sit on the rotor, and the static bed knives, which sit in the chassis, work together to ensure material is cut into randomly sized pieces. The hard wearing knives continuously cut material until the product is small enough to fall through a hardened granulation screen of a defined size for absolute security destruction.
Warranty TermsWarranty is 1 year in a one-shift operation or 2,000 working hours. Normal wear and tear of the knives and screens is excluded from the warranty.
NB. Please note that this machine requires a 3-phase power supply.
