With the new ProfiPack ecoChip, HSM are expanding their proven ProfiPack series: instead of producing packaging mats, this innovative machine creates small, loose chips from used cardboard - ideal for filling empty spaces in parcels and protecting lightweight, non-fragile products. It's the perfect resource-friendly solution for businesses aiming to reduce packaging waste while maintaining reliable shipping protection.
The HSM ProfiPack ecoChip transforms used cardboard boxes into effective, eco-friendly packaging material. The resulting 10.5 x 40-55mm cardboard chips stabilise items in transit, cushion impacts, and fill voids within packages - all without the need for plastic. This not only reduces environmental impact but also provides a sustainable and economical alternative to conventional packing materials.
Thanks to its compact design, the device fits seamlessly into warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.
