The DAHLE 41414 is a 3.x9x40mm Cross Cut shredder. With the addition of the unique DAHLE CleanTEC® filter system and the DAHLE Safe Technology safety package, the DAHLE 41414 strip has a security level of P-4.
The DAHLE 41414 offers practical versatility with modern design and a high degree of efficiency. The Unique DAHLE CleanTEC® Filter System reduces exposure to fine dust particles emitted by the process of shredding paper, creating a much better indoor climate by binding the particles together with a powerful quiet running fan and feeding them into an ex-changeable, recyclable Filter, thereby reducing the dust by up to 94%. The CleanTEC® model is also supplied with the Convenient DAHLE Safe Technology Safety Package which acoustically monitors volume and immediately switches the shredder OFF in a response to calls for help or knocking on the machine. Simply shout STOP and the machine switches off. The machine can also avoid irritating and time-consuming paper jams, with sensors permanently checking and visually indicating the thickness of paper being fed into the entry throat. If the material thickness is too high, the shredder won‘t even start – helping to ensure trouble-free, uninterrupted shredding.
Fantastic features include a particularly quiet, yet powerful motor for high shredding capacity and solid-steel cutters made of special high-grade steel which can cope with paper clips and staples that are guaranteed for 35 years. The user-friendly model starts and stops electronically when paper is offered and the ergonomically designed control panel has an illuminated function and information unit. The motor cuts out automatically when the waste bag is full or the door is open, has an auto-reverse function and an energy saving mode from two inactivity levels: Sleep mode after 10 minutes and complete shut-down after 30 minutes. The model features a separate waste box for shredded media and comes with a visual indicator when more oil is needed. The model also includes a starter pack of 10 waste bags and is additionally supplied with a 50ml bottle of oil.
