Disintegrate, Don’t Just Shred
JBF's specialist disintegrators reduce material into small particles or granules using a very fast-spinning rotor with bolted rotor knives and static bed knives. Material drops in through the top hopper into the cutting chamber and is repeatedly cut until it's small enough to pass through a sizing screen (marked blue). That screen is the key to consistent output: anything too large stays inside for further reduction. Usually an air system is used to pull the small particles through the screen and convey it into a collection bag or bin. This approach lets you process massive pieces and high volumes that standard shredder technology can't reliably handle. The result is controlled particle size, efficient evacuation, and dependable destruction performance.
