Entry Level and Home Usage - These would generally be for a single user with the machines easily coping with the
destruction of up to 50 sheets of paper per day. These machines will usually only accept sheets that are up to and including A4. Click

Personal and Desk Side Usage - Expect to have a maximum requirement of up to 250 sheets per day. You may also require that the

Small Office Usage – Most Small offices would expect to shred up to 500 sheets (1 ream) of paper per day. A good idea would be to
expect to be able to cope with up to 5 people using the shredder in each office. You may also require that the machine will accept staples.

Medium Office Usage - These machines can usually cope with the waste documentation of up to 12 staff. The machine would normally be
centrally positioned and be capable of destroying up to 1000 sheets (2 reams) of paper per day. You may also require the ability to shred thick
files containing small clips and staples as well as Credit Cards and CD's or DVD’s. These machines will usually accept sheets that are up to and

Departmental Usage – You would have up to 25 users in an office shredding 2500 sheets (1 box or 5 reams of photocopier paper) per day.
