Product Details
The Rexel Momentum Extra XP426+ Jam Free shredder is the ideal choice for destroying confidential documents in the office.
The XP426+ shreds each sheet into 4x35mm (DIN Level P-4) cross-cut pieces, and up to 26 sheets of A4 paper (80gsm) can go through the manual feed slot at once.
It uses active sensing technology to measure the number of sheets being fed in real-time to stop paper jams and misfeeds—indicated by a red LED on the control panel. It will not begin shredding until the number of sheets is reduced to or below the maximum sheet capacity.
This cross-cut shredder is designed for moderate to heavy use with its high sheet capacity, extra-large 120-litre bin capacity (approx. 1100 sheets), and continuous run time.
To make the emptying process even easier, it has a pull-out bin and an infrared sensor to detect when the bin is full.
The XP426+ can shred staples and paper clips, and it also safely shreds CDs, DVDs, and credit cards through a separate feed slot.
It also functions with an ultra-quiet noise level of 55dBA.
