JBF 38-54HD Hard Drive Mobile Media Destroyer Shredder
Special Mobile High Performance Shredders individually designed to destroy and reduce all types of media, including Hard Drive Destruction. Load machines through security interlocked hoppers for increased safety for the operator. All doors include limit switches to prevent unauthorised access plus emergency stop button. Special hardened knives can be individually changed or re-sharpened.
Perfect for the long term destruction of Hard Drives, PET Bottles, CD/DVD's, PC Boards, Carbon Tapes, Paper, Card Board, Tins, Plastic Cans, Woodern Boxes, Domestic Waste, Metal and Plastic Chips, Small Tyres, Glass, Indutrial Waste, Cables and Electronic Waste, Plastic Housing etc.
The shredders can be combined with both input and output conveyors plus tilting/lifting devises, baling presses, or suction systems to suit your requirements.
Optional 7.5kw motor available on request. Please note that for Hard Drive destruction due to the nature of this product and the requirement to shred Metal parts the Guarantee does not include general wear and tear. Magnetic parts require regular removal from the Granulation Screen which in turn requires removal from the Shredder by a suitable Fork Lift Truck or Hoist. Units should be placed under a Preventative Maintenance Contract.
N.B. The JBF 38-54HD Hard Drive Mobile Media Destroyer requires a 3-phase power supply.
